Drafting

Either engage your own Architect / Draftsman or we can assist with referring you onto the right professionals. We work closely with your chosen Building Designer to bring your vision to life.

Estimation / Quoting process

Based on your initial plans, we can give you a build estimation cost. Once plans are finalized, we will then provide you with a final build proposal.

Consultations​

We have varying consultation processes depending on the size of your project. Ask our friendly team how we can assist you with your project.​

Permits

We handle the permit process for you. Leasing between yourself, the Architect / Draftsman and Building Surveyor. We collate all the require documents and submit on your behalf.

We’re here to help when carpentry projects are too big for standard maintenance crews. Our team is fully-qualitied, lead by a registered Builder, all with relevant Working with Children’s Checks.

When Are Permits Required?

Renovations

In general, you do not need a permit for cosmetic changes. Any building work which involves work to structural or load-bearing elements may require a permit. Renovations may also require a planning permit along with a building permit.

Decks

Any deck bigger than 10sqm or if it is attached to a dwelling will require a permit.

Pergolas/ Verandas

In general, any roofed structure does require a permit.

Extentions

You may require a planning permit for a new home, extension, renovation or an additional dwelling on the land. The local council is responsible for issuing a planning permit. If you need a planning permit, it must be issued from your local council before you can obtain a building permit
